There is a back patio with table and chairs, and a front patio with table and chairs so you can enjoy either the fire pit or cocktails at sunset. A Weber propane BBQ grill can easily be moved to either location. Parking is available in the garage. Security deposit: 1 month, first and last month of rental required.
