Enter through the stained glass door and downstairs you’ll find a living and formal dining room, kitchen with all new appliances, one full bathroom with tub, and 3 bedrooms with queen beds and closets in each. Upstairs is the “master suite,” a full bathroom and a giant bedroom with a queen bed and a twin day bed, TV / entertainment center. Bungalow on a classic midtown Sacramento street lined with huge trees and filled with friendly neighbors walking their dogs. Stay under one of midtown’s gorgeous “tree tunnels!” (tree tunnel not present in winter). First and last month of rental required. Refundable deposit one month. We’ve got two TVs with Apple TV and the 4K TV upstairs. Central heat and AC. Ceiling fans in every bedroom. Dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer. Six-burner propane grill in the backyard. Easily walk 3 blocks to McKinley Park, 4 blocks to restaurants, bars, live music, and shops. 5 blocks to the river access entrance (skate park and beaches).
