The Weber Apartments were originally built in 1927 and underwent extensive renovations that were completed in 2023. The building is now back open to tenants again! It's located in the Piety Hill neighborhood, just a few blocks away from historic Boston Edison to the north and New Center / Virginia Park to the south. The Weber Apartments are a short walk from Tenacity Craft Brewing, bus transit lines on Woodward Avenue, and the soon-to-open Detroit People's Food Co-Op, a new full-service grocery store coming to the neighborhood.
