RDL63867055 - Hello! We are the Cramer Family & we are thrilled to have the opportunity to host you at Cloverfield in Southern Pines. We are a family of 4: Ben (dad), Lauren (responsible), Duke (5) and Billie Jean (2). Cloverfield started as a pipe dream in 2018 when we moved to Southern Pines and found this hidden gem. The 1900s farmhouse and guest cottages had been completely abandoned for over 10 years when we saw the property and immediately fell in love with it. Everyone told us we were crazy, but we knew we could restore the property and bring the forgotten treasure back from the brink. We took a little over a year to work on it, day in and day out. But with a lot of hard work, determination and a few of Laurens tears we restored this amazing property back to its original splendor! Cloverfield officially started welcoming guests in 2019 to stay in the newly renovated Cottage (3bed/2bath) and Barn (1bed/1bath). And in early 2024 the Ranch House (4 bed/4 bath) will be available as well.
