Furnished Bed/Shared Bath In Awesome Home

Hi there We have one private room left with shared bath available in a huge home in Westchester (east of Playa Vista and Marian Del Rey). Available ASAPThe other roommates are a mix of M/F and are all senior and grad students from LMU and Pepperdine. Everyone is either studying or out at class for most of the day. The common areas include a living room, kitchen, dining room, den, yard and in unit washer and dryer.The room is furnished and private but the bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The utilities are not included in the cost but cover internet, water, power and cleaning of the common areas.The home is located in a super nice neighborhood with alot of families and is a short walk to the post office, the Boy & The Bear Coffee and less than 10 minutes of a drive to LMU.
