The Gulf Access home boasts a little over 1, 500 sq. ft. and is perfect for families to enjoy their vacation. Living Room: The living is located off of the entryway and offers plenty of comfortable seating around a large flat-screen TV. There are two recliners available. There is a spacious air conditioned Florida Room available off the back of the house that offers additional seating and a beautiful view of the pool and water through double sliding doors. Dining Room: Located off of the kitchen and with a view of the Florida room and pool area through sliders, there is room for four guests. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar behind in the kitchen. There is also a booster seat available for the little ones.
