The Winters Run neighborhood is named after the 14 mile river that runs through the area by the same name. The community is one of my favorites! Homes were built in the late 1990s and are modern and spacious. The community itself is in the perfect location! You are not far from I95 and you are close to lots of large and small retails stores, restaurants, gyms; and not too far from the Harford Mall, the Upper Chesapeake Hospital and APG as well. The home itself if large with 3 levels including a bump out. There are 3 bedrooms and there is a bathroom on every level.
