Our studio apartment is located inside our house but independently. We have divided the house and we are using 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a hallway to make this studio functional and cozy. We live in a quiet family and pet friendly neighborhood. We are on a corner and there are some beautiful trees to get fresh air. We will share the laundry room, but we will post our laundry day. The garage we use it to store our cars and a few boxes but we keep it very clean. Your main door to your apartment will have a lock pad and the garage cameras for everyones security.
