Boylston Court is a vintage building, lovingly cared for and maintained. All homes have private entries, and most from a landscaped courtyard with grass, bushes and trees, and lots of birds, rabbits and squirrels. We offer one-bedroom homes, and two-bedroom townhomes; most with a private basement. All homes have original restored hardwood floors, and lots of natural light. Laundry is in unit for your private use. Each unit is equipped with a gas furnace and stove. Off-street parking is available, and we have an open parking lot, and also private stand-alone garages. Boylston Court is close to everything Capitol Hill has to offer, and you are in near proximity to restaurants, cafes, Elliott Bay Book Company, pubs, public transit, and so much more. Downtown Seattle is totally walkable or hop on the nearby trolly or light rail.
