Citrus Villa - Studio B

We are especially proud of this community as it represents a significant step toward addressing the lack of affordable housing our seniors face as a result of community gentrification, rising rents, and increased competition for infill housing in the south bay. Built on a .95-acre site in the heart of Chula Vista, Citrus Villa pays homage to the Citrus industry that was prevalent in the area decades earlier. Citrus Villa senior housing will provide 20 Studio apartments and 37-1 Bedroom rental apartments in a three-story building that also includes 36 parking spaces. Citrus Villa is located at the northern entrance to Chula Vistas vibrant downtown Third Avenue corridor.
