Roommate With Part Time Personal Care Assistance For Free Room And Board

My elderly mom seeks a roommate to share her condo. She would provide a private bedroom furnished with queen bed and desk, private bath with access to all common areas in her newly remodeled two bedroom two bath condo on the 20th floor with spectacular view overlooking Mississippi River and downtown Minneapolis. Located on the West Bank of U of M the building amenities include a fitness center, pool, hot tub, and on street parking. Close to bus, shopping, restaurants, bars, Guthrie theater and hospitals. Share with my mom who is a 90 year young, sprightly retired artist who gets around with a walker but needs daily dinner/breakfast prep and medication dispensed, minimal personal care assistance (less than 7 hours week), light housekeeping as needed, and occasional help caring with her cat Higgins in exchange for free room and board.
