Water and trash are also included. Pet friendly. The property is in a nice neighborhood, conveniently located near Town & Country, The Fraze Pavilion, Trent Arena, Downtown Dayton, The Greene, and many other attractions.An application fee and security deposit are required. The application fee is $40 per single adult or married couple. Every applicant is subjected to a credit and criminal background (Criminal History Must Meet Property Requirements).
