Parking is available at $50.00 per month in our enclosed, controlled-access garage and assigned storage lockers are available at $20.00 per month. The Elliott Bay Marina and world-class restaurant, Palisades, are at the south end of Magnolia with wonderful city and bay views and spectacular yachts. Our general screening criteria includes the following: Favorable rental history of at least 6 months with favorable, verifiable references and at least two favorable references from current and prior landlords.
