This is a private and cozy 1 br apartment with a large renovated bathroom. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 7 unit building. There is a small yard and comfortable parking lot from the back entrance to the building. The apartment is dog and cat friendly, as long as your pet has excellent references and you have had your pet longer than 6 months. There are many responsible pet owners in the building. There is a shared laundry room. Located just a short walk to downtown and a 5 min drive to our new community garden space that we are starting for our tenants. We have local full-time management and do our own lawn care and plowing, so our tenants get priority treatment.
