Available June 1st. Heat is included in this private and quiet 2 br apartment. We have decided to put in all new flooring, including ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment will be freshly painted and have new carpeting as well. Due to the additional updates, the rent will be $1350 which includes heat. This is a spacious and bright ground floor unit in a modern 4 unit building. There are washer and dryer hookups in the unit, but we are not providing the machines. There will also be a shared laundry in the central building if you choose to use that. The building is part of a group of 4 buildings built just up the hill from Vermont Flannel Company. It is quiet and secluded on 31 acres of mostly wooded land, halfway between Johnson and Hyde Park but within the Johnson border. Each unit has their own private balcony looking at the trees and distant hill. Full time local management, we take care of our own plowing so our tenants get priority.
